- May1998. The campus of a large religious university. Two roommates,friends since childhood but now at odds, face a stranger in their roomand take a phone call from their past. Over one weekend, these youngwomen must work to resolve the tensions that have always kept themclose.
- David Ewald is agraduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara and theUniversity of Notre Dame, and is currently an instructor at Front RangeCommunity College. His fiction, nonfiction and poetry have appeared invarious literary journals, both online and in print.
All Trench readings are free and open to the public and are followed by a mediated talk back and refreshments.
